Terms and Conditions

We list herewith terms and conditions which regulate the requirements of clients, unless what otherwise indicated and/or agreed during the effective reservation. The Management reserves the right to modify these conditions without prior notice for the new requests

Conditions of Reservation

  • The availability request is not binding and it doesn't assume value of contract for any parts
  • The minimum stay is 7 nights in the central period of August and 2 nights for the rest of the year
  • In case of effective availability a notice containing the resume of the conditions relative to the required stay (dates and relative amounts) will be sent to the Client. This notice has to be confirmed within 48 hours. The failure of confirmation within the required terms will authomatically cancel the request
  • The reservation will be definitely confirmed through the sending of the credit card details which the client has to send as guarantee

Confirmation of the reservation through credit card as guarantee

Any amount will not bi withdrawn in advance and the cost of the stay will be settled in the hotel, except in case of penalties for late cancellation or no show.

Terms of communication of credit card details and relative penalties:

  • Expire date for the communication of credit card details: 1 day
  • Cancellation conditions (with reference to the arrival date): 5 days
  • Penalty in case of late cancellation or no show: 50% on the amount of the stay

Other information relative to the reservation

  • In case of advanced departure you will be liable to pay the cost of the roomonly for the remaining days booked
  • For what not expressively written, the reservation is regulated from "Decreto C.C.I.A.A. nr. 364 form 11/07/1976 OF THE Province of Lucca in the Rule "Usi nel settore Alberghiero".
